Lumina is operated by an individual developer. This page explains how to delete your Lumina account and everything attached to it, whether or not you still have the app installed.

1. Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open Lumina and go to your profile / account menu.
2. Choose Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion is effective immediately on the server. It wipes your plan, meals, workouts, weight history, health data synced from Apple Health or Health Connect, chat history, uploaded photos, push notification token, and your row in our user database.

2. Delete without the app

If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email privacy@zagaza.app with the subject "Delete my Lumina account". Send the request from the email address associated with your sign-in (Apple, Google, or email) so we can verify it's you. We process deletion requests within 7 days and confirm by reply.

3. What is deleted, and what isn't

• Deleted: all account data listed above. There is no soft-delete grace period and no way to restore a deleted account.
• Retained briefly: server request logs (paths, timestamps, response codes, no personal content) roll over automatically within weeks. Third-party AI providers we use may retain inputs for abuse detection for a limited period (typically 30 days) under their own policies, as described in the Privacy Policy.
